All of their equipment is state of the art. All service includes an 18 month unlimited mileage warranty and even longer for some parts through the manufacturer. Loren's employs six technicians, all ASE certified, four of whom are master certified.

All of their technicians receive ongoing updated training. This intensive training is necessary for today's technology and it ensures vehicles are repaired to customer satisfaction. We have the latest web-based information systems with sophisticated diagnostic tools.

Loren's also offers a free local shuttle service within the Kalispell Area for their valued customers that provides rides conducive to the customer's schedule. Their facility consists of 10 bays, which allows easy access for all vehicles. A night drop box is provided for your keys, when leaving your vehicle after hours for repairs the next day. Customers can relax in their clean, comfortable waiting area where coffee, TV, magazines and clean restrooms are provided. There are even movies just for the kids to make waiting more fun. In addition you can have your car washed, weather permitting, as an extra-added courtesy at Loren's.

Loren's Auto Repair Inc. is owned and operated by Loren and Denise Sallee. With over 38 years experience in automotive repair, with 32 years in the valley, Loren understands the demands of today's automotive technology and meeting the needs of each customer.

Loren's Auto Repair was awarded the SBA's Montana Outstanding Achievement in Pollution Prevention for 2000. A Certificate Of Recognition from the Montana Eco Star Recognition Program for demonstrating leadership and excellence in pollution prevention was also awarded in 2000. Other awards include the AAA MountainWest Certificate of Approval and the Blue Seal Of Excellence award from ASE for being an outstanding repair shop that employs ASE certified technicians. Loren was awarded the ASE/NAPA Technician of the Year 2001 for the Spokane Region Distribution Area. This is the second time he has received this award and is the only one to have received this award twice in this region. Loren's has received the AAA Top Shop Award every year since 2001, and nearly all of these awards have been Top Shop Gold.

Loren's Auto Repair is a member of the Kalispell Chamber Of Commerce and is active in the community. Presently Loren is involved in the Orion Mentor Program with Flathead High School to help mentor a student and Loren is very active in his local church, men's ministries and Outreach Montana.
